Are you getting ready to Audition for a Company, Junior Ballet Pre-professional Program or International Summer school? Together we can create a unique class that will suit your dance style, clean up your variation or solo and get your application ready.
Pilates / Floor Barre
Welcome to your perfect warm-up and additional workout. During this class, you will learn about the anatomy of the body, safe dance practice and how to engage all the different muscles that are essential for Ballet Dancers and none dancers. Everyone is welcome in those classes.
Pointe
Here we incorporate multiple different exercises between barre and center practice to help you build strength and control. This class is for beginners and those who want to improve their pointe work .
Private
New to ballet? Something else you want to work on? Pirouettes, Jumps, Giselle…Book in for a private session and we will start a personal training plan suited just for you.
Stretching
All welcome for a Cool-down… A class all focused on stretching , gaining flexibility and bringing that heart rate back down. Learn how to give your body a good stretch in a safe way.
